Deliveries
All of our deliveries are dispatched with a selection of couriers available to us including DPD, UPS,Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We currently can accommodate for majority of international delivery addresses. Please don't hesitate to email us about any enquirers you may have.
Returns
At Little Prims Boutque Ltd we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case. If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact us on sales@littleprims.co.uk . All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 14 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required for the customer to be able to return any purchses back to us. To apply for a refund please contact us, as all refunds must be agreed in writing. We recommend that for your own protection any returns are sent signed for to track your parcel and proof of postage.
