Refund policy
At Little Prims Boutique Ltd we really hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case.
If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact us on sales@littleprims.co.uk .
All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 14 days.
we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues.
Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required for the customer to be able to return any purchases back to us. If not in its original condition Little prims reserves the right to reject a refund and return back to the purchaser. Before any items are sent out we will be photographing the condition they are sent in for our own protection.
To apply for a refund please contact us, as all refunds must be agreed in writing. We recommend that for your own protection any returns are sent signed for to track your parcel and proof of postage. We do apologise in advanced for any inconvenience.

sale items and any give aways cannot be returned or refunded.
For hygiene reason socks, tights, hair accessories and swimwear cannot be returned or refunded
gift vouchers non refundable
Promotional discounted items using a discount code can be granted a credit note if return agreed or we cannot exchange it.
pre ordered items. we make it very clear when an item is pre ordered. If you need to return your pre ordered item, a credit note can be issued if exchange isn’t possible.
Special ordered items cannot be returned or refunded.
Any order that isn’t effect by any of these I.e full prices items, it will be a credit note.
you have 14 days to get in contact and arrange any of the following and to return to us upon receipt of your item.
